Job Title : Statutory Accounting Manager (부장급) Company : 다국적 솔루션 업체 Location : 서울 Date : ASAP Responsibilities - Responsible for risk matters (including internal cost management) - Responsible for the Sarbanes Oxley/Management Internal Controls activities where assigned. - Facilitating the corporate risk management process in accordance with the corporate risk management model. - Reconciling / moderating variances between the actual risk management activities and the corporate objectives. - Leading the Quarterly Country Risk Reporting process. - Providing training in risk management processes and tools. - Providing communications on the status of risk management to local management, and divisional/ corporate risk management. - Performing other risk management duties as assigned Statutory Accounting Manager - Responsible for all tax accounting including, VAT, Corporate income tax, With- holding tax and any other tax matters - Responsible for generating Statutory Financial Statements (Korean GAAP and US- GAAP) - Responsible for leading External & Internal audit matters Requirements - Univ. degree or above (major in Accounting / Business Administration) - KICPA or AICPA preferred - Good command of spoken and written English - Good interpersonal and organization skill/team spirit. - Desirable 8~12 year experience in Finance/Accounting area. - Strong network throughout various lines of business, proven experience, strong management capabilities - Prior experience in risk-management respectively risk-management related activities
