Responsibilities
- Work with customers as a key and influential member in the customer business
planning team to ensure a continuous delivery of outcomes through ERP solution
and delivery team
- Gather account information and understand SAP strategy of assigned accounts
- Develop and drive account strategy
- Define and plan responsibilities and targets in relationship with the
customer and establish trusted advisory relationships with executives across
all areas in each account
- Build up and lead account teams
- Monitor Customer Engagement activities of the assigned accounts and review
account management practices
Requirements
- Univ. degree or equivalent
- More than 3-5 years in sales experience
- Preferably cross industry sales experience in IT industry
- SAP and Oracle knowledge preferable
- Be positive, outgoing, team player
- Good Interpersonal, Communication Skills & Organization skill/ team spirit |
