Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the identification, validation and translation of key
marketing programs in the Rubber segment with a concentration on growth in all
company products
- Must be able to work with existing customers to drive growth of high
Contribution Margin products
- Must be able to identify new customers, assess potential customers and
execute on validation targets
- Leverage technical expertise to fully understand customer CTQs (Critical to
Quality) and create a compelling value proposition for targeted applications
- Key measurements are target generation and closure
- Concentration on global specifying accounts to drive growth in all geographies
Requirements:
- BS degree : Chemicals
- Minimum 5 - 7 years Chemical (Rubber) experience (Korean title : Kwa jang)
- Age (32-Max. 34)
- Extensive track record of execution and exceeding goals
- Proven project management and team leadership skills
- Effective communications and presentation skills
- Self starter and independent team worker
- Fluent in English and native in Korean
Desired:
- Experience / knowledge of Chemical engineering.
