Job Title : Application Development Manager (Automotive related) Company : Multinational Company (NVH related) Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Qualification: - Responsible for the identification, validation and translation of key marketing programs in the Automotive NVH(Noise, Vibration & Harsh Environment) and Safety segment. - Must be able to work with existing customers to drive growth of high CM products - Must be able to identify new customers, assess potential and execute on validation targets - Leverage technical expertise to fully understand customer CTQs and create a compelling value proposition for targeted applications - Key measurements are target generation and closure Requirements: - Above BS degree in Mechanical Engineering - 5~10 years of Automotive industry experience - Proven project management skills - Effective communications and presentation skills - Self starter and independent team worker - Fluent in English Desired: - Experience in Automotive application development(Interior or Exterior) - Previous experience in Body Panel application
