Responsibility:
- Total ownership in managing & driving AP Sales team to meet all preset AP
Sales customer satisfaction bonus metric, as well as AP Sales related CE
operation metrics.
- Also be responsible to drive Sales CE related internal process/project
improvement in terms of variation reduction, shifting the mean & improve
process capability.
Requirement:
- Degree or higher, preferable related to Sales or Marketing.
- Min.6 years working experience with 2 years in management position & must
have proven success in consistently managing a team to achieve goals.
- Hand-on experience on problem solving tools/methodology such as 5C, 6 sigma,
SPC, etc. will be an advantage.
- Proven record in customer service or multinational technology Sales/Marketing
environment with face to face customer interaction and driving result related
to metrics
- Ready to take challenges, to strategize and plan, to achieve the Customer
Experience initiatives and ready to work out a recovery plan in a timely manner
when the performance is not meeting its goal.
- Must possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
