Responsibilities :
- Set Distribution strategies for market share gain in the region with Global
Strategy Consistency
- Set Distribution sales and resale plan for the channels
- Lead the Korea Distribution teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Set up Distribution policy and procedures
- Ensure all the operational processes are well established
- Build Distribution top management relationship
- Organize target, top program and Distribution incentive program
- Tracking ROI of Distributors
- Actively remove barriers to promote success
Requirements:
- Good English Conversion and presentation with Foreigner
- Strong technical and business background in the semiconductor industry
- Outstanding leadership skills and strong sense of urgency |
