Job Title : Program Manager Company : Multinational LCD Equipment Company Location : Daejeon Date : ASAP Responsibilities: - Must have proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in product development of complex, multi-disciplinary products such as semiconductor or flat panel fabrication equipment. - Product development experience must include at least one product from concept through field release. - Must have proven track record in organizational and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated capabilities in multiplexing across numerous and different issues, teams, and so forth. - Prefer candidates who have experience in cross-cultural, cross-continental business relationships. - Must have demonstrated capabilities in predicting and managing budgets, schedules, and resources. - Prefer candidates with strong interdisciplinary technical experience in development of complex systems, optical systems, control systems, image processing, and so forth. Requirements: - BS or MS or PhD degree in ME, EE, or physical science. - Minimum 8 years industry experience, including minimum of 3 years program management experience including minimum of one product developed from conception through product release. - Fluent in English
