Job Title : Production Manager(Pharmaceutical) Company : Multinational Pharmaceutical Company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibility: - Perform the manufacturing and packing of products according to the Master Formulas provided by Headquarters - Responsible for the maintenance of the premises and equipment to suit for the intended use - Ensure that manufacturing and packing processes including in-process controls are documented and controlled according to the respective regulations - Ensure that all necessary data for the reporting to Headquarters and KPAM are elaborated - Ensure that all product complaints are managed according to written procedures - Established an operational plan on the requirements of controlling - Plan, arrange and realize all investments under own responsibility for construction measures and for the purchase of machines, devices and instruments after acquiring approvals according to the internal regulations Qualification - Professional education: pharmacist - Experience in the multinational pharmaceutical industry, especially in production - Experience in pharmaceutical technology, production technology of sterile products, industrial technology, analytic, safety - Organizational talent - Sense of cross-functional and interdisciplinary cooperation - High degree of reliability and professional ethics - Excellent English in verbal and written communication - Age bracket:late 30's~early 40's
