Job Title : Business Development Engineer/Manager (Power Management)

Responsibility:
-Good experience in SMPS and application towards Home appliance and motor-
control.
-Provide company solutions for switched mode power supplies and its end
applications
-Provide technical guidance to customers and after sales technical support.
Continuously build-up and maintain relationships to customer management,
procurement/development engineers
-Identify customer opportunities together with field sales and technically
support to Design-/Business-Win
-Propose, Organize and execute technical presentations, product promotions and
trainings to customers and distributors
-Evaluate and verify product performance in reference to customer requirements;
prepare technical response to customer RFIs/RFQs
-Research and provide input for product/technical requirements from customers
and markets to Regional/Product Marketing and R&D and Support definition of
product roadmap

Qualifications
-5+ years experience of Sales and Marketing , preferably in Power Management
with emphasis on Switched Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), Home appliance
applications.
-Experience of commercial/technical/application/design support, and good
understanding of operations from company internal to customers.
-Detail oriented, excellent collaboration and project managerial skills are a
plus, as individual regularly interacts with executives and/or major
customers/employees.
-Proven strong skill both in engineering and communication
-Significant Travel within ASIA (mainly Korea, Singapore) and regularly to
Europe
-BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
