Job Title : Financial Analyst (CPA) Company : Multinational Chemical Company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibility: -Lead and improve account reconciliation process in Pacific regions -Lead and drive balance sheet standardization in Pacific regions -Co-ordinate internal audit/reviews -Drive T&L compliance and maintenance of T&L platform -Develop and keep track of internal dashboard of Pacific SFS in driving productivities as well as quality (eg. Accuracy of closing, on-time filing, cash entitlement etc) -Lead and drive best practise sharing of accounting/control processes among regional SFS teams. -Co-ordination of other controllership initiatives at Pacific HQ level. -Support Pacific financial reporting manager in various areas and initiatives. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting -Fluent in English both speaking and writing (must) -min 6 years’ experience in MNCs; minimum 3 years’ audit experience with big 4 accounting firms. -Familiar with IFRS and US GAAP. -Excellent communication and coordination skills, demonstrated success working with both corporate and regional teams. -Flexible, independent, self-starter with leadership skills -Team player, ability to work in a matrix organization with diverse teams -Proficiency in written and spoken English. -Good presentation skills -Woking experience in regional headquarter would be an added advantage. -CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
