Job description:
-Provide technical support to customers by organizing lab works and technical
service via visit, phone and written response aligned to BU direction
-Achieve good customer satisfaction by on time answer of customer
inquiry ,complaints and presenting products/technology.
-Provide technical training to strength the sales force and distributors
knowledge of the applications and products.
Identify customers unmet needs or requirements and transfer into new R&D
project.
-Support to validate new products at customer side by on-site trial or
technical advice.
-Implement HSE rules and 5S in Lab.
-Global coordination and communication with technical service team to enhance
local technical service competency.
-Promote team work in the lab.
Job requirement£º
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Polymer/Chemistry or related
-3 years+ related experience in Chemical/polymer/Silicones industry, background
with LSR, RTV2 or RTV1 Silicone Product application(such as Electronic,
LED ,Solar Panel , Automobile and Domestic Appliance), R&D, production or
technical service experience is preferred ; Candidates with expertise in
silicone rubber process , tools or equipments such as extrusion, Injection ,
dosaging, gluing are preferred.
-Skilled Oral & Written English.
-Customer-oriented attitude.
-Team work spirit.
-Good communication and coordination skill.
-Good lab facility operation skill.
-Frequent customer visit. |
