Job Title : Plant Team Leader (차장-부장급) Company : Multunational Chemical company Location : Chungnam Date : ASAP Responsibility: -Safety, environmental protection and housekeeping in production area -Establish production schedule & targets to meet the requirements of orders; -Coordinates with other functions in planning and implementing manufacturing programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency; -Advise management on manufacturing activities, performance and results and recommends related corrective actions; -Assist in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques; -Production cost and quality control; -Production statistics and reporting; -Production manpower planning and management; -Effective guide, train and motivate subordinates, and evaluate their performance. -Handling related SAP modules -Communication and establishing good employees relation Requirement: -Above BS degree in Engineering -Minimum of 10 years in Manufacturing roles -Preferred have experience worked in MNC or Korean big chemical company -Proven skills as an effective leader and motivator of people, setting an example in the application of high professional standards with a commitment to empowerment of the work force -Must offer proven experience of process engineer role in a manufacturing process environment -Must have experience of leading production operations in a unionized environment. -Communicable in English both speaking and writing
