Job Title : Transport & Warehouse Specialist Company : Multinational Chemical company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP RESPONSIBILITIES: -Manage the local delivery/importing/exporting process including receiving and sales invoice, logistics & warehouse flows. -Post goods issues for outgoing and do goods receipts for incoming -Communicate and coordinate with external vendors on domestic and export deliveries -Work with production scheduler, CSR, customs compliance specialist, service providers to ensure smooth import clearance: -Log and handle logistics related complaints -Check physical stock in the plant and warehouse to achieve 100% inventory accuracy, optimize storage space -Log monthly logistics charge report and maintain logistics cost for logistics related cost optimization and other initiatives; -Support logistics manager to make report for analysis purpose for management logistics KPI based on target. -Support Logistics manager to set up and maintain logistics SOP -Manage FTA, COO, Customs duties, International Trade and Local Regulation. -Handle MSDS label related work -Perform other tasks as and when directed by the Logistics Manager REQUIREMENTS -University Degree or above in international trading, logistics, supply chain management, business management, etc. is preferred; -Applicants should have experience equivalent about 7~10 years on multinational company in supply chain function -Good analysis skills, be good at Microsoft Office Excel, Word, etc. -Have good knowledge and experience on logistics/ warehouse management -Able to use SAP and other MRP -Fluent in English and Korean (written and oral)
