Job Title : QA Engineer Company : 외국계 화학회사 Location : 충북 Date : ASAP Responsibilities -Implementing the Quality Management System in order to obtain ISO 9001 Certification, -Leading Continuous Quality Improvement for the production site, -Leading the site teams to implement/pass QPA (Quality Process Audit) and Assessment by Customers, -Providing QC methods and documentation to guarantee the excellence of products delivered to customers, final product quality validation, MRB, -Managing the QC team and lab, including people management and budget planning, -Providing the methodology and framework to manufacturing team for effective process control (Control plan, OCAP, Control chart, SPC, SOP), -Leading the Product Qualification Review Board for Korean manufacturing related topics (qualifications milestones for new products and process change) -Investigating root causes related to Customer complains and drive corrective actions -Managing supplier quality issues and drive action plans to resolve technical issues Skills & Experience Requirements -Minimum 3 years of experience in a High Volume Manufacturing Environment. -Experience in Quality Management and Process Engineering preferred, -BS degree in Science / Engineering, -Experience in people management preferred, -Excellent knowledge of ISO9001, -Strong statistical analysis skills, -Familiar with process control and quality tools, MRB, FMEA, 8D, SPC & Control Plan, -Must have excellent interpersonal skills to lead and exercise influence at various levels and functions, -Must be able to lead projects and work independently on multiple projects and support many customers at once while holding to strict schedules and deadlines, -Excellent English verbal and written communications skills are required -Good IT Skills
