Job Title : Plant Director(Chemical) Company : Multinational chemical manufacturer Location : Chungbuk Date : ASAP Responsibility: Responsible for manufacturing operations activities related to meeting production demands, supporting R&D, new product introductions, and working in close partnership with the Supply Chain team. Requirement: -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Advanced Engineering and/or business degree desired, -Minimum 15 years’ experience with increasing responsibility in an Operations leadership role in managing several aspects of responsibilities outlined above, -Strong operational knowledge and proven experience working with coating on optical films, numerous coating materials, coating methods and substrates, -Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods and techniques is a plus, Project/Program Management ability to direct and manage large-scale projects, and -Excellent fluency in written and spoken English & Korean is required.
