Promote an accident free workplace; eliminated at risk conditions and behaviors in the operation to continuously improve the team’s environmental, health and safety performance. -Meet quality objectives -Meet customers service objectives by assuring customer satisfaction through on time delivery and improved error free delivery Develop and maintain key supplier relationships Requirement: -Above BS degree in related to Chemical Engineering -Min 10 years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing plant -At least 2 years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing work environment EHS, Six sigma, Lean manufacturing concept -Fluent in English both speaking and writing -Good people management and effective communication skill with internal and external parties
