Job Title : Process Engineer Company : Multinational plastic manufacturer Location : Kyunggi Date : ASAP Responsibility: =Troubleshoot process problems and provide technical support to Toller when needed for product development projects. =Develop initiatives to improve raw material efficiency, first time prime and final prime performance in the manufacturing processes. =Coordinate Product scale up activities with the R&D organization =Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and reduce quality complaints. =Interact with the sales team when dealing with product quality issues at customers. =Use and maintain systems associated with ISO9000, management of change, process safety management, and manufacturing authorizations. =Serve as back up the interim leader as needed. Requirement =Education： Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Engineering =Experience： -Above 3 to 4 years on field working experiences in fine chemical, macromolecule chemical or polymerization industry -Experience in process improvement is preferred -Lean manufacturing experience is preferred. =Technical understanding of polymers related process and equipment -Have mechanical knowledge  Strong in trouble shooting and continuously improvement -Lean manufacturing knowledge is preferred -ISO 9001/14001 knowledge is preferred -Familiar with SAP system -Understand PID diagram -Able to communicate well and build relationships with key individuals in overseas plants -Good communications and presentation skills -Highly professional able to deal with confidential information =Language Skill: Communicable English both in speaking and writing
