Job Title : SCM Manager (이사급) Company : Multinational chemical manufacturer Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibility: - Manage the logistics operation and customer service organization in Korea for all Business Units. - The incumbent is responsible and accountable for business activities from order entry to final delivery and invoicing. - The key objective is to drive customer experience and ensure company's logistics operation comply with all applicable company standards and applicable rules & regulations in the country. - Drive continuous improvement in safety, service, quality and productivity performance. Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree or above - A min 8 years of hands on Supply Chain management experience - Vendor management of Freight forwarders, customs brokers, Warehouse and Transportation. A good understanding of logistics market in Korea. - Business Acumen and customer centric mindset. - Comfortable to work in a multi-cultural environment. - A mature people leader with proven record - Experience in chemical industry is preferred.
