Job Title : Sr.Master Planner Company : Multinational chemical manufacturer Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibility: -Lead MTI/MTA/MTIZ inventory replenishment for make-sell and buy-sell, resolve supply issue to ensure smooth execution of fulfillment plan to realize sales plan. -Collaborate with cross-functional team to improve SCM KPIs (Inventory Target, DIOH, Aging, DT1P) -Manage TTFG/buy plan & changes (plant production volume) through close communication with Contract Manufacturing/team to ensure the plan executed -Balance and optimize inventory level and customer service level -Monitor and review sales forecast accuracy, work with sales team to improve sales forecast accuracy -Review all unconfirmed customers’ orders and confirm the orders. Investigate any issues with the order and take corrective action Requirements: -Bachelors degree or above -Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written) -About 5-10 years demand planning experiences in multinational companies, such as production planning, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, etc. -Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred -Self motivated and results driven; Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Team work and problem solving skills -Good analysis skills -Good communication skills
