Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the identification, validation and translation of key
marketing programs in the Resin & Coatings Components segment with a
concentration on growth in company products
- Must be able to work with existing customers to drive growth of high
Contribution Margin products
- Must be able to identify new customers, assess potential customers and
execute on validation targets
- Leverage technical expertise to fully understand customer CTQs (Critical to
Quality) and create a compelling value proposition for targeted applications
- Key measurements are target generation and closure
- Develop strong relationships with all OEM and Tier 1 accounts to help in
identification of growth opportunities
- Concentration on global specifying accounts to drive growth in all geographies
Requirements:
- Above BS degree in Chemicals
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of Resin & Coating or Chemical (silicone) experience
- Extensive track record of execution and exceeding goals
- Proven project management and team leadership skills
- Effective communications and presentation skills
- Self starter and independent team worker
- Fluent in English and native in Korean
Desired:
- Experience in Resin & Coating Application Development.
- Experience / knowledge of Chemical engineering.
- Experience in Big Korean Resin & Coating, Electrics Company |
