Responsibility:

1. Increase sales volume through direct sales effort in assigned key accounts.
2. Develop strategic territory plans, sales goals, strategies and large
opportunities forecasting.
3. Develops executive level relationships with key account.
4. Present customer demonstrations and presentations.
5. Provide input to senior management on customers and competitive trends.
6. Acquire new account through account planning.
7. For the acquisition account, Assess the opportunity , Set the competitive
strategy, Identify the key player, Define the relationship strategy, Turn
ideas into actions, Test and improve the plan, Implement the process.
8. Set up the account planning to accomplish team¡¯s goal(Demand Unit, Revenue,
Margin).

Requirement:

1. Min.10 years of technical sales and marketing experiences in IT industry
2. Age bracket: early~mid 40's
3. Above BS or BA degree
4. Fluent in English commmunication skill
5. Strong management & leadership skill
6. Sales experiences in Small&Medium Business preferred
7. Presentation skill
8. Working experiences in multinational big IT companies preferred
