Job Title : Finance Manager (부장급) Company : 외국계 부동산투자회사 Location : 서울 강남 Date : 채용시 ▣ Reports to : Country Manager ▣ Job Description: - Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and coordination of all accounting activities and records to ensure that all financial representations of company are in accordance with local statutory and corporate accounting principles and requirements. - Manages all audits, completes all tax filing requirements, overseas all disbursements, etc. - Maintains/safeguards related records and documents as required. ▣ Specific Responsibilities ▶ General Accounting ▶ Tax Accounting ▶ Treasury ▣ Qualifications - Business Administration or Accounting/Finance major preferred - FMP, CAS, MBA preferred - KICPA/AICPA preferred - Minimum 5~10 years experiences of Finance & Accounting - Ideal Age Range: mid~late 30's (Female only) - Excellent English communication skill (Must) - Good computer skills - Having Experiences in new company's starting and closing project - Working experiences in the multinational investment and fund industries
