Job Title : Application Development Engineer(Silanes Resins and Specialties) Company : 외국계 화학회사 Location : 서울 Date : ASAP Responsibilities: -Application development and testing for Hard coatings use in Plastic markets, especially for the automotive headlamps. -Responsible for top line growth by promoting the existing product line as well as identifying opportunities for future product development -Develop and apply world-class evaluation tools in collaboration with global customers in the industry Requirements: -MS/PhD degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science, Material Science or Engineering, with an advanced degree strongly preferred. -Min 5 Years experience in application development and performance evaluation in specialty coatings, paint and plastics additives and adhesives & sealants. -Proven ability of innovation and introduction of key technologies to serve both new and existing markets. -Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact across functions. -Strong English speaking and written skills required. -Familiarity with application of statistical data analysis.
