Responsibilities:
- Provide directions for post sales account management services
- Provide leadership for service quality of customer support from phone to
onsite¡¤
- Drives improvement programs for quality and consistency of delivery through
internal & external feedback
- Drives feedback to Product Development on quality issues
- Drives implementation of new initiatives to increase value of services

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with 10 years in customer support, preferably in a
multinational company.
- Proven results in Customer Satisfaction and Cost Management
- Experience in after-sales customer support with large data centers
- Leadership skills-motivation, sense of urgency
- Creative problem solving and executional excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Customer handling skills
- Analytical skill
- Knowledge of enterprise customer requirements and support needs
- Fluent in English (must)
