Job Title : Inside Sales Representative (Direct Marketing)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for selling the company's products and services via telephone.
Close sales and take orders typically generated by national advertising
and/or fulfilling a contract/corporate performance agreement. Provide
technical and administrative information and quote prices. Mail marketing/
sales literature to prospective clients, keep up-to-date knowledge of the
industry as well as the competitive posture of the company and prepare
activity and forecast reports as requested. The mix for the position may
vary with the selling role.
2. Sell company products and services by responding to inbound or placing
outbound customer calls by overcoming objections and entering into DOMs.
3. Establish customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel such as
purchasing, management and end-users.
4. Maintain and report on sales activities such as, lost sales and leasing to
identify buyer/buying influences.
5. Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and
pricing.
6. Job oriented.
7. experience in business area minimum 6~7 years.
8. experience in IT filed minimum 3 year.

4. Strong organizational and presentation skills.
5. Prefer Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of +2 years sales or
related experience.
6. Requires proven selling ability in previous.

8. Good sales skill: relationship with customer, delivery of company value and
product, negotiation, deal closing (Solving skill of Delivery issue,
Financial issues, manufacturing issue, Service issue).
