Job Title : Sales Manager Company : Multinational IT Company (H/W) Location : China Date : ASAP Responsibility: - Responsible for supporting and managing Inside Sales team leaders & Inside Sales Representatives in selling the company’s products and services through inbound and outbound telesales, as well as managing sales performance for the transaction market of consumers Requirement: - Min.5 years experiences in sales and people management with at least 2 years in related IT product sales field; inbound/outbound telesales experience preferred - Advanced organizational skill and presentation skill - Advanced training and coaching skills, able to motivate others in sensitive situations and orient a team to achieve goal - Excellent Korean and fluent English; Chinese capability preferable; a native Korean who is willing to stay in China for years is preferable - Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent with inbound/outbound telesales experience
