Responsibility:
- Manage Online Technical Support team based on Service Center in China to
achieve assigned goal and keep high customer satisfaction

Requirement:
- Advanced understanding of customer service delivery and relationship of
multiple assigned work groups. Experience in enterprise service delivery
environment preferred
- Proven resilience and high energy to handle fast-paced, high pressure direct
services field in IT environment
- Advanced leadership skills
- Advanced training and coaching skills, able to motivate others in sensitive
situations and orient a team to achieve goal
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years experience in
customer service or related field and at least two years management experience
- Excellent Korean and fluent English
