Process
- Headcount Planning, Recruiting and Staffing
- Compensation Planning and Benefit System Management
- Managing Employee Relations including Union [Wage Negotiation, CBA & etc.]
- Managing Organization Development based on Employee Opinion Survey
- Planning and Managing Corporate Training
- Implementation of Corporate Training programs
Conduct Culture Training, Strategic Selling Skill programs as a trainer

Requirement:
- Over 7~10 years of HR experience in the multinational company
- late 30's
- Fluent in English
- Strong management skill with excellent interpersonal skill
- Open mined, good communication skill
