Job Title : Retail Account Manager (Consumer IT)(BJ~ES±Þ)

Responsibility:

- Establishing and managing relationship with key retail business executives
- Full Retail P&L responsibility: Unit, Revenue, Margin and Opinc
- Accountable for all commercial aspects of major retail accounts including
Contract, Bundle, Promo and other negotiation
- Initiate retail account strategy with inside teams
- Develop retail account specific business plan
- Oversee events and promotion planning
- Manage and control retail agency
- Manage and accountable for any store or customer escalations: supply, CE,
pricing, communication
- Manage retail stores' filed marketing with various resources
- Conduct regular business review internally and externally
- Secure retail operation compliance with internal policy

Qualification
- Minimum 5 years sales & marketing experience in consumer IT or consumer
electronics industry
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail market with outstanding track record
- Minimum 3 years people manager experience
- Retail senior MD experience or existing relationship network in KR
PC/electronic retailer is a plus
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus
- Strong ability to build up effective team with cross-functional groups to
resolve business and customer issues
- Strong proven command skill
- Be confident and self-driven with a passion to achieve the goal
- Previous outstanding track record of achievement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and
verbal
- Excellent English Communication skill – both written and verbal esp.
