Location : Seoul Date : ASAP QUALIFICATIONS: - Above BS in Computer Science or equivalent, relevant work experience. - Strong Project Leadership with 5+ years experience with proven track record in Information Technology. - 5+ years of experience with J2EE application development, XML technologies, and Web Services - Ability to communicate and work effectively with technical and business personnel in a highly matrixed organization. - Quick learner who can become knowledgeable on multiple systems in a short period. - Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving skills. - Familiarity to Oracle Database / SQL in applied environments. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Partner with business process owners, and technical personnel in the design, development and implementation of IT solutions focused on delivering solutions that align to business goals. - Lead efforts with Infrastructure, application development team, and support teams to improve performance and stability of current platforms. - Effectively use teamwork skills to interact and collaborate to resolve architecture, enterprise, and integration issues. - Effectively leverage onshore and offshore resources in execution of project deliverables. - Utilize project management methodologies to plan, prioritize, and manage projects and associated resources.
