Job Title : EHS Manager (CJ급) Company : Multinational Chemical Co. Location : Chungbuk Date : ASAP Responsibility: - Represent and lead Korea (Plant/Head Office/KTC) EHS systems - Ensure full compliance with Corporate and governmental regulatory agency requirements relating to air, solid waste, water and employee health and safety - Develop and implement EHS management system, programs and tool for keep stable operations - Help in ensure compliance of plant operations with governmental regulatory agency requirements relating to air, waste, water and associates health and safety. - Develop, conduct and coordinate effective EHS training, operational audits and drive closure of actions items. - Work close to shop floor team and operational leadership to implement and institutionalize changes to improve EHS in the Site. - Utilize leadership skills to drive safety committee and other plant personnel to increasing levels of safety performance. - Lead & implement Supplier Reputational Guideline EHS supporting program in Korea. (Organizing and conducting Korea sourcing auditor training and conducting supplier spot check audits, delivering supplier EHS training and communicating with company) Requirement: - Above BS degree in Engineering related - At least 5~10 years of EHS working experiences in production site - Preferred having process knowledge in plastic compounding process - Good leadership or leadership potential - Fluent English communication in writing and speaking
