Job Title : Storage Engineer Company : 외국계 IT회사 Location : 서울 Date : ASAP To perform chargeable installation services of highly complex storage and server configurations for customers. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - 85% of available time will be spent performing complex storage and server installations, configurations, and upgrades at customer sites. These will include installing strage products into diverse data centers and integrating with existing Wintel and UNIX/Linux, environments. - 15% of available time will be spent in performing administration tasks, updating technical configuration documents, attending team meetings and training. REQUIREMENT -4~9 year experiences in H/W(especially Storage). - 1 year field service experience, or 2 years data center installation & configuration experience - Thorough server hardware knowledge - System integration knowledge and experience - Competence in at least two server OSs: W2K/W2K3, UNIX/Linux, Novell, VMware - Excellent communication and personal skills - On site trouble shooting experience. Can demonstrate a methodical approach to problem solving. - Good teaching skills - Attention to detail and pride in workmanship - Escalates issues quickly and efficiently but retains ownership of the issue. - Able to work independently and/or as part of a Project Managed team.
