Responsibility:
- Relationship management with retail business partners
- Contract, Bundle, Promo negotiation
- Carry Retail P&L responsibility: Unit, Revenue, Margin
- Implement retail account strategy with inside teams
- Develop retail account specific business plan
- Event and promotion planning
- Execute specific account requirements- (ie. training, store visit, etc)
- Partnering with Marketing team for in-store merchandising
- Partnering with Brand & lifecycle planning to determine supply
- Partnering with retail operation team to best meet the customers' needs
- Manage and control retail agency
- Legal clearance
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years sales & marketing experience in consumer IT or consumer
electronics industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail market with outstanding track record
- Retail MD experience or existing relationship network in KR PC/electronic is
a plus
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Strong ability to build up effective team with cross-functional groups to
resolve business and customer issues
- An independent thinker who takes a collaborative approach to tasks.
- Be confident and self-driven with a passion to achieve
- Previous outstanding track record of sales achievement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good functional level of English; both written and verbal
- Strong relationship buildings skills; both internally and with key
accounts/retail stores
- Good knowledge of IT hardware, software & peripherals |
