Job Title : Brand Manager (Beverage)

Responsibility:
- To develop the brand strategy and manage the execution to deliver planned
sales volume & profit.
- Develop the brand strategy based on the market information, utilizing data
available in the company.
- Planning & managing of responsible brands On/Off Premise strategies to
deliver the brand objectives.
- In collaboration with sales team to develop an annual marketing calendar that
will facilitate the achievement of On/Off Premise channel brand targets.
- In collaboration with brand partners, developing business plans, business
cases, budgets, reports and forecasts which are required to deliver brand
objectives.
- Regularly manage/formulate and report on promotional activity and performance
against targets, providing variance analyses and revised projections / to
ensure on-plan delivery.
- Manage and evaluate marketing activities and the efficiency of partners,
recommending and implementing improvements.
- In collaboration with sales team and SCM team on developing forecast numbers,
keeping high accuracy level.
- Collaborate with finance team to cope with any changes to secure brand
objectives.

Requirement:
- Above BA degree in Commerce or Business with Marketing Major (Overseas MBA
degree will be highly appreciated)
- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking (must)
- Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG with at least 2 years of Brand Manager role
