Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Responsibility:
-Process sales order: entry, release, tracking and reporting
-Support the customer forecasting process with Marketing
-Initiate request of Credit/Debit notes, Sales contract
-Monitor receivables using erp- systems (FORMAT) and make timely customer
contact for receivables
-Make appropriate escalation to Marketing for Collections

Requirement:
-Make appropriate escalation to Marketing for Collections
-Above bachelor degree in Business, Logistics or Marketing would be a strong
asset
-Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in CSR
-Demonstrated communications skills to interact at customer level as well as
with internal interfaces
-Proficient in spoken and written English
-Demonstrated computer skills including SAP, MS Office, Lotus Notes and
industry specific databases
