Job description: - This position is responsible for Human Resources Management including planning of human resources system, compensation & benefits, ER management, etc. Responsibilities: - Planning of human resources system - Compensation Planning and Benefit System Management - Managing Performance Evaluation System and Promotion - Recruiting - ER Management Requirements: - Top 30 MBA graduate or graduate-to-be in 2009 (concentrated in Human Resources or Marketing) - PHR/SPHR certificated preferred - Preferred 0~5 years of working experiences in HRM / HRD or related area (including fresh-out) - Strong HR modeling skills, strong analytical ability and project management skills - Proactive and self motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills - Drive and enthusiasm, and an ability to communicate with a wide variety of people within the organization - A flexible and conscientious approach to meeting deadlines
