Job Title : Semiconductor Sales (DR±Þ)

Responsibility:
- Responsible for technical sales on discrete device products for the digital
electronics manufacturers
- Achieving booking/billing budget through accurate budgeting &
forecasting for accounts assigned
- Formulate long term & short term key account plan and business
plan and to maximize sales performance
- Develop strategies to maximize market share by analyzing customer
and competitors¡¯information and to identify biz potentials & building
strong relationship with customers and explore new business
opportunities and demand creation.

Requirement:
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
is required. Addition degree would be an advantage.
- At least 3~5 years internal or field sales business experience,
preferably with good product knowledge
- Past experience at the semiconductor is plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skill
- Self-motivated, customer oriented, solid team player, well-organized,
strong sense of responsibility and possess a strong commitment to
excellence.
- Able to coordinate with different work related parties internally
and externally.
- Excellent English oral / written communication and presentation
