Job Title : Operation Engineer (Plastic) Company : Multinational Chemical Manufacturer Location : Chungbuk Date : ASAP Responsibility -Process improvement related customer complaints /Internal reject resolution. -Short term and long team process improvement plan incl. investment -Process SOP set up and management -Leading digitization of process ERP system -Plant key metrics management data gathering, analysis and action items. Qualification -BA in Chemical Engineering (or Chemistry) related -About 5 to 8 years of experience in the area of engineering plastics -Plastics compounding or chemical industry experience -Strong understanding of the petrochemical process -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Good command of English both verbal and written communication -Solid Analytical & process skills/Knowledge of Six Sigma tools & process -Be a good team player to work and contribute -Good in leadership or leadership potential
