Role:
-Lead and support the country customer service team to provide quality and
valuable service to customers

Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives
-Leverage team members¡¯ daily work, and set up back-up plan
-Responsible for day-to-day operations such as order processing and invoicing,
preparation of exports, shipping, and letters of credit documentation
-Coordinate internal activities / initiatives associated with improving
customer service level
-Review customer service performance index and implement effective corrective
and preventive actions
-Responsible for SOX and ISO compliance and financial audit for fulfill order
-Prepare fulfill order monitoring reports and ensure proper revenue recognition
in the correct period

Requirements:
-Bachelors degree or above
-Fluent in local language and English (verbal and written)
-At least 8 years working experiences as Customer Service Rep (CSR) in
multinational companies
-Knowledge in SAP, L/C documentation, and shipping practices is a must
-Experience in managing team as supervisor or Sr. CSR is preferred
-Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
-Optimistic, and a good team player
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Quick and easy to learn
-Able to handle multi-task and work independently, with good follow-up skills
