Job Title : Supply Chain Planning Manager Company : Multinational Chemical company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Role -Responsible for planning, scheduling, and inventory management of all plants, terminals, third parties, contract manufacturers, and warehouses in Korea Responsibilities: -Lead Supply Chain planning team in Korea, and provide guidance & coaching for team’s performance management and career development -Demand and supply management - work with global PTS team, and regional supply chain team to meet customer’s demand and secure the supply -Organize monthly S&OP meetings -Balance and optimize inventory level and customer service level -Monitor and review sales forecast accuracy, work with sales team to improve sales forecast accuracy -Supervise and oversee in-house people and logistics service providers on daily logistics operation, including customs clearance, warehousing, local transportation, etc. -Monthly reports and analysis and work with related function to achieve Supply Chain KPI targets (inventory target, on-time delivery target, etc.) Requirements: -Bachelors degree or above -Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written) -At least 8 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as production planning, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, etc. -Experience in people management -Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred -Self motivated and results driven; Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Team work and problem solving skills -Good analysis skills -Good communication skills
