Job Title : Customer Service Lead, APAC

Responsibility:
-Lead of APAC customer services team.
-Lead and manage team performance to achieve assigned customer services in APAC
region. Develop and communicate daily tasks to work team, including the
priorities.
-Monitor FORMAT system and make timely customer contact for receivables. Make
appropriate escalation to Marketing for Receivables Management
Manage sample orders and delivery.
-Support the customer forecasting process with Marketing.
-Perform complaint entry, closing, tracking and communication to customer
Manage ADC processes
-Monitor the order processing work flow and execution & provide supports and
solutions. Ensure accurate and timely communication: one voice to customer of
order related issues
-Supervise country CSR on SAP, logistic matters in APAC region.
-Co-ordinate product availability with Regional Planner. Compile and maintain
accurate demand forecast at customer/article number level.
-Provide accurate, timely reporting to Regional CS & S/D Manager.
-Perform the contract closing step in SAP & APAC sales contract signature

Experience:
-Above bachelor degree
-About 5~10 years experience in related sales & marketing supporting area
-Technical skills: 3 years experience on ordering processing and SAP
-Management skills: experience as team leader advantageous
-Language Skills: Fluent in English, Japanese & Korean. Knowledge of Chinese
advantageous
-IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP
