Job Title : Sourcing/Procurement (Chemical) Company : Multinational Chemical manufacturer Location : Chungbook Date : ASAP Responsibility: - Develop the consolidated regional category sourcing strategy and drive continuous improvement within the boundaries set by the regional Procurement leader and in alignment with the global category strategies. - Lead the enhancement and development of sourcing, contracting, spot purchasing, and contracting strategies of Regional Direct Materials. - Lead supplier negotiation, e-auctions and communication - Represent and maintain a close network with industry leaders in the supply market and challenge existing concepts introducing creative new professional sourcing solutions. - Lead and participate in the development of department KPI’s its achievement. - Lead P&E (plant & equipment) buy and maintain key suppliers Qualification: -Above University Degree -About 5~10 years of working experience in material procurement,sourcing work at manufacturing plant -Fluent in English both speaking and writing -Proven track record in negotiation, communication, leadership, analytical, prioritization, and influencing skills. Creativity a must in your approach to problem solving.
