Job Title : Application Development Manager (LED) Company : Multinational Chemical Company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibility: - Drive technical sales specifications of materials for global and regional Electronics customers.(LED) - Technically support distribution channels, leveraging these resources for growth. - Lead customer visits independently, or in coordination with other members of the marketing team, in order to clearly articulate company’s product offering using a value-selling approach. - Coordinate customer testing requirements inside global Application Labs - Develop strategic relationships with select equipment manufacturers to help them design equipment to run our materials. Work collaboratively to close new business. - Perform promotional activities including participation in tradeshows and conferences, and assist in the development of New Product roll-out and sales packages. - Regular report outs on regional market intelligence, competitive activities and market trends. - Extensive travel to customers, distributors, and equipment manufacturers will be required. Responsibilty: - Above BS / MS degree in Chemical, Polymer engineering related - About 5~10 years of R&D, technical support or marketing experience related to Flat Panel Displays, LED Lighting, Automotive, or IC Packaging preferred - Extensive track record execution and exceeding goals - Proven project management and team leadership skills - Communicable in English both speaking and writing
