Job Title : Application Engineer (Chemical coarting) Company : Multinational Chemical company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibilities -To drive growth by focusing on the development of Coating applications and on the implementation of existing or novel materials in those applications. -To identify targets for New Product Introductions (NPI) with customers and related functions. -To provide key technical direction and customer critical to quality (CTQ) requirements to R&D to facilitate product development -To work closely with customers to facilitate the successful implementation of those materials and technologies Requirements: -BS/MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related field. -5+~8+ years experience in Silicone industry or Coating industry preferred -Experience of an Coating(Paint, Paper release film, Hard coating, Tape), Tire, Silane, Optical film -Good English communication skills (written and spoken) & Sales mind -Proven track record of innovation and new product/application introduction
