Job Title : Accountant Company : Multinational Chemical company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP RESPONSIBILITIES: - Administer the processes of accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger, costing, and tax; - Ensure timely preparation of financial reports, and efficient running of accounting system; - Bank account / cash flow management & account receivable collecting point; - SOX documentation; - Enforce corporate governance with sound internal controls. REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: - Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or professional qualifications in accounting - AICPA holder would be a plus - With a minimum of 5 years in similar position; - Experience of monthly & year-end closing, VAT filing, and Corporate Income Tax Return - Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP - Strong knowledge of local Korea GAAP, tax regulations, and USA GAAP - Good in English – written and oral
