Job Title : Jr.Customer Service Rep

Responsilibity:
- Provide customer service by receiving/entering/fulfilling customer orders in
timely manner
- Provide billing accurately/timely and coordinate with Sales, Finance
- Allocate inventory and schedule fulfilments (confirm order commitment,
handoff to fulfilment point, transmit COA)
- Dealing with customer complaints as the interface between customer and sales
and timely enter customer complaints into QIRP/CCIR system
- Coordinate effective communication among finance of accounts receivables,
sales and customer to resolve outstanding claims

Requirement:
- Above BA degree
- 0~2 years of CSR experience
- Good at Computer O/A skill (ERP, MS Office)
- Fluent in English communication skill both speaking and writing
- Problem solving ability
