Job Title : Asia Pacific Regional Manager (Specialty Chemical) Company : Multinational specialty chemicals company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibility: -Responsible for develop Asia Pacific regional new business development with HQ and local sales & marketing, planning as a stand alone position for a while -Prepare and implement the annual sales and budget plan for FR in AP -Work with marketing, sales management, and R&D to develop business development goals and plans for region that focuses on prime technologies and highest value selling opportunities. -Hire and develop team in AP region to support goals and drive value and solution selling -Coordinate plant trials and lab work for FR products at target prospects and customers in the region Requirement: -Above BS degree in Chemistry / Engineering / Business Management -About 10~20 years total working experience in the related working background -Strong at sales & marketing, planning ability with outstanding sales performance record in Electronic Material industry (formulated resin, specialty chemical, coating, adhesive related to EMC encapsulation & conformal coating for PCB) -Value selling and consultative selling experience or background preferred -Experienced in solution based provider that wants to maximize value (price) where possible -Experienced in managing AP Regional commercial manager or country manager role at multination chemical company which produce electronic material, especially coating, adhesive and potting compound -Strong at Presentation and effective communication skill -Fluent in English both speaking and writing (possible to English presentation & business meeting as host) -Communicable in Chinese and Korean
