Job Title : Process, Lean Leader (부장급) Company : Multinational chemical manufacturer Location : Chungbuk Date : ASAP Responsibilities -Process related customer complaints resolution. -Internal reject issue resolution. -Short term and long team process improvement plan including investment plan. -Process SOP set up and management -Leading digitization of process ERP system. -TCO Management -Execute and follow up the manufacturing TCO projects -Create and develop new TCO project opportunities. -Treasure Hunt (Finding New Cost Out Opportunities) Project Lead -Lead and facilitate plant treasure hunt project with pacific team -Lead raw material(pigment and additives) inventory reduction. -Plant key metrics management -Plant key measurement data gathering, analysis and action items. Qualification -Total working experience 15 to 18 years of experience in the area of plastics -BA in Chemical Engineering (or Chemistry) -Plastics compounding or chemical industry experience -Strong understanding of the petrochemical process -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Good command of English both verbal and written communication -Solid Analytical & process skills -Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and process -Be a good team player to work and contribute -Good in leadership or leadership potential
