Job Title : Primary Sales Account Manager (Airline Catering Service)

Responsibility:
-Establish and maintain communications with all levels of Airline Management,
including Strategic Sourcing, Operations, Finance, and Executives at all levels.
-Ability to develop new relationships with customers and internally across
departmental lines.
-Responsible for owning the relationship between assigned customers and the
entire organization.
-Responsible for developing and maintaining a good, professional, cross-
functional relationship with Customers and companies¡¯ operations and their
corporate counterparts.
-Establishes effective communication at all levels of customer and
organizational interaction.
-Responsible for overall account maintenance, growth, P&L status and will set
strategy for new bids and bid renewals during the bid process in coordination
with AP Director.

Requirement:
-Solid experience in airline, catering, service industry (About 5 years
experience in airline catering or complex food service industry preferred)
-Experience in sales and customer service
-Asian and International customer experience in and operational setting
-Proven ability to reach across all internal functional groups to mobilize the
organization to achieve sales, operational, financial and relevant goals.
-Proven experience and ability to understand needs of each customer and ability
to customize and negotiate proposals linked to needs of customer.
-Bachelor¡¯s Degree or equivalent experience in Business or related (required)
-Masters Degree (preferred)
-Good English (Must)
-Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Mandarin / Cantonese /
Korean (oral and written)
-Proficiency in any other of the above languages or local dialect a plus
