			Responsibility:
 -Coordinate customer orders from receiving to billing.
 -Continuously strive to achieve and maintain total customer satisfaction 
 through ensuring customer service through well coordinated order management, 
 good rapport and interaction between the Commercial and Production Teams; 
 providing timely order management & report to all related functions.
 -Manage orders & inventory properly by analyzing and monitoring continuous 
 changes in volume, product MIX, unit price etc.
 -Handle customer¡¯s request & complaints
 -Load Purchase orders into the plants in local and other sites, through 
 customer orders and sales forecast.
 -Work with production team and distribution team to ensure on time delivery to 
 the customer by delivering on the confirmed date.
 -Communicate with affiliates for the B/S(import finish goods) fulfillment
 
 Requirement:
 -5 years or above working experiences in customer service environment and 
 preferably in multi-national company related to chemical industry
 -With practical freight forwarding, L/C, shipping, banking document handling 
 experiences
 -Solid working experience in forecasting and developing SOP is an added 
 advantage
 -Excellent command of both written and spoken English
 -Proficient in MS office especially in MS Excel and Access. Possess practical 
 experience in SAP and ERP solutions
 -Quick learner with ability to work independently with minimum supervision and 
 flexibly enough to complete the job under time constraints
 -Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills |
